why does nero vision keep freezing?
i use nero 7. i add my video files (mpeg) but from half way through it freezes (not responding) on me. i have to save my work and every video file i add after that i have to keep saving it. when all my files are added i have to load the whole lot up and then add my menus etc. i make sure i do not go over my limit and i always burn to a folder first and i then use avs dvd copy to burn it to disc so i don't keep wasting discs. when it freezes i have to use the task manager to close it down and then click on the saved icon to get it all back to carry on with what i was doing. at first i thought it might be my firewall or something. i used mcafee but that has now gone and use kaspersky. my laptop has recently been reset to factory so i know it's not crap bunging up my laptop. i have tried everything and i am stumped!! any ideas? thanks in advance
after a lot of hassle it does eventually work but it likes to give me a load of grief first
Try disabling Nero Scout.

Recovery will not work on my laptop, need help please.?
Ok I just bought a used HP laptop 32 bit with Vista from a person, they said they did not make any recovery disks because this model laptop has whats called destructive recovery which recovers back to its factory settings if you need to.
But I also want to make disks just in case, so when I went to make some recovery disks I keep getting an icon that says error detected in dvd, so I changed to cds and it said the same thing.
So now I cannot figure out how to make the disks and the laptop is out of warrany and the HP folks won't help me.
Does anyone know how I can fix this please, thank you.
If the HP recovery media creation software is encountering an error when it attempts to verify the discs you have burned, then it is either because the burner itself is not burning properly, or you need to use better media... higher quality blank DVDs.
So, the first thing you do, is purchase better quality blank DVD-R media. Then, try again. I know... you said you already tried CDs. If it fails with better quality media, then you are left with only one other option. Call up HP tech support again, and purchase the HP Recovery media for your model laptop.

And a graco carseat will fit with a graco stroller..for when she is little so i would make sure to get a graco stroller so the carseat would fit into it! good luck
