1973 evinrude starflite 135hp V4 shift rod screw location?
Hey, just now have the time to work on boat. Got some really good info in here about how to tune. So now i'm trying to replace the impeller. Everything is going accroding to the book but can't locate the shift rod retainer screw. My book only has a drawing and I can't id the general location. There is a set of access covers located just above the exhaust housing that has two visible mounting screws each that I removed but it's still attached somehow inside. Is the access screw under those covers? Really all I need is general location and I can find it. Did remove the trim tab and internal screws and have the 4 gearcase to exhaust housing screws loose and ready to remove. The case has been drained and looked ok. Thanks
check on the right side of the lower unit there tou should find a cover about 2in by 1in a screw in the top and bottom of it that is your rod coupling cover

Deep Sea Fishing Mazatlan, Mexico
I will attempt to give you a fishing report from Mazatlan on January 20, 2009. The beaches are dead here and there are not many people around. We checked out the fishing and the reports were good. A few sails, the occasional dolphin, a tuna here and there, but many Striped Marlin around. Enrique Izquierdo, the GM of the Neto's Fleet
, approaches me on the dock. He has a panga ready to go for the next day. The panga will come with a Cpt., mate and is a typical 27 foot, center counsel with 2 Evinrude 90’s on it. I book it!
We leave the dock at 6:25am…we are the first ones out of the harbor…a good thing in my book. We run on a heading of 200 degrees until 7:30am. We are now approximately 22 miles out and set the lines. We are running baits on the outriggers, lures on the short corners, and one more bait up the middle…but short.
After trolling for about 30 minutes, I spot a tail in the water at about 250 yards. I point the heading to the Cpt. and we are off. The Marlin sees the baits and comes a running. Bam…HOOK-UP! He inhales the bait, so there is not much of a fight. One in the box!
We re-set and keep heading out. Not more than 10 minutes, I spot 4 tails in the air right in front of us. They are all sails, but after checking us out, they decide they are not interested. We continue on.
I’m looking back behind the boat and spot another Marlin. We circle back and this guy gives us a knock-down and a good look. Finally, on the third circle, he decides this is right for him. Bam…another one is inhaled. This one refuses to jump because he is hooked so deep. He gets the bat on the head and we now have our second Marlin of the day. We see several swirls near the boat and circle the areas, but no takers. It is now 10:00am and we have 2 in the boat, circled 4 sails and had other action. By the way, when I was bringing the second Marlin to the boat, I thought I saw something in the water. Turns out to be a school of giant squid. They came right up to the boat and the mate dropped a mullet on them. Twice he had a hook-up, but twice they managed to get free. These squid were in the 4-5 foot category…something I have never seen before. They were capable of biting a mullet in half…apparently, they have teeth!
We are on some birds and we cannot figure out what the birds are on. They act like tuna, but we have no takers. We have passed 5 commercial tuna boats and 1 helicopter…must be something in the area!! By now, the Cpt. has called the other boats and we have company. We split from the crowd (about 5 other boats) and head out further. The blue water was at 25 miles yesterday, but we hit 30 miles and the water was clear/green. Around noon, we suddenly had a visitor on the baits. It was the first fish of the day that we did not tail. This Marlin hit one outrigger (missed) and then went for the other one. Another swing and a miss on this one and we were on our third circle. About the time we were giving up and heading out, he appeared on the middle short bait. Bang…another hook-up! He was close to boat and kept coming toward us. I thought he was just going to give up, but when he saw the boat, he wanted no part of it. He took off and ran about 300 yards out in no time. I’m looking at the line heading directly behind the boat and see this fish jump off the starboard side and was beginning to think it was another fish. NOPE, it was my fish dancing on the horizon and I was beginning to worry about line stretch. This fish had at least 6 good jumps in him before I had to work him all the way back to the boat. It took me 30 minutes to get him there. Turned out he was barely hooked in the corner of the jaw and he did not want to come to the boat. This had to be the toughest Striper I have ever had to deal with. Number 3 was stacked in the boat for the ride home. We trolled a bit further and passed another school of giant squid. One took a run at the outrigger, but knocked it down and kept on going. We trolled in for a few miles and then pulled the lines. It was a great day of fishing. We hit the dock at 2:30pm and called it a day. Cpt. Rigo and first mate Isaac were good guys to fish with. I would highly recommend them and this fleet to anyone. Good guys and a great day of fishing…can't beat that!!!

Information Manual Handbook How do I find a sample of HR Manual of organizations in Thailand. ?
I am writing an HR Manual/Handbook for my organization. I just want to see a sample--especially NGOs or MNCs in Thailand.
I don't know much about Thai business law, regulations, and taxes. How do I find these information online.
I bought a few books, but it's all in Thai language. I prefer English version because I can references them to my boss.
Thank you for your advice.
This would be my hypothetical approach:
Assuming I was head of HR of an NGO, I would go to the NGO's general counsel (lawyer) and say "please tell me the name of this NGO's external counsel". S/he would say 'why?' and I would tell him/her because we need an HR manual that complies will all relevant laws and regulations. I would then call the NGO's external counsel and (having obtained a quote for the work from the external counsel that is to the satisfaction of my boss in the NGO/the general counsel of the NGO), then instruct the NGO's external counsel write it for me (which they will be able to do based on the version they have of an HR Manual on their PC already from when the previous NGO client of their's needed to prepare an HR Manual and asked them to do it.)
No-one creates important documentation like an HR Manual for themselves to they? That's what counsel is for isn't it?

Create A Great Sales Training Manual
Your sales representatives are the lifeblood of your company, and deserve the best training manuals you can provide. Here are a few tips to get you started.
What to Include:
1. A contacts page. When your sales reps are out beating the streets, you never know what kinds of questions they are going to get, or that they themselves might have. Make sure, then, that they have access to the contact information of the members of your team that can answer any sales or product-related questions that may come up during the course of the day. You might also want to have the contact information of all the reps there too, so they can share tips with each other.
2. A strategies page. Include a list of proven selling points and methods in an easy to read and understand format (perhaps color coded and bulleted) so your newer team members can refer to it whenever necessary. This page can be updated as needed with new products, press clippings, and testimonials.
3. Plenty of photos and other graphics. Don't simply include photos of the products, show them in use by satisfied customers if at all possible or appropriate. If your products entail any sort of learning curve, give a down and dirty point by point example of its proper use so your sales force knows what they are dealing with. Get the best photographs that you can, and make the images large, clear, and appealing.
4. Competitive Information. It goes without saying that you should be up to speed on what your competition is up to, and your sales force should be as up to speed as you are. The better prepared they are with such information as pricing stats and the like, the stronger they are able to make their counter pitches.
5. Price Guide. This should be as up to date as possible, naturally. Price increases put added pressure on your sales force, but if they have a good understanding of why the increases have taken place, they can make a stronger argument with their clients. It is fairly unlikely that you will make unnecessary increases if it is competitively dangerous to do so, but the more information your reps have, the better equipped they are to keep their clients.
6. Policies. You don't need to go into as much detail as you would with an employee handbook or something of that nature, but there should be at least a rough outline of what is expected of them, and of you, while they are out in the world.
Other Tips:
1. Looks and Functionality. Make the book as easy to follow and read as possible. Attractiveness counts, too. If you have designers and writers on staff, put them on the case. If not, just do the best you can. Find an example of a manual you like, and imitate it to your heart's content.
2. Organization. Make the sections clear and easy for your staff to find. Color coding and tabs are great for this.
3. Binding Style. There are a few options here, such as the tried and true 3-ring binder, but a system like the GBS Proclick provides a more attractive option with both the durability your reps will need, and the ability to place new and updated pages in the book when necessary. These machines are inexpensive and easy to use, so it's a great idea to have one on hand to use whenever you have the need to create or update your sales training manuals, reports, or presentations.
If you are interested in more information about how ProClick Binding Systems can help you make a great sales training manual, you might want to visit MyBinding.com. They offer a great price on these machines and they even give you Free Shipping on orders over $75. Plus, they carry a full line of GBC ProClick Supplies, in a wide array of colors and sizes. Small Book 10 main events that take place in the book small steps BY: Louis Sachar?
I need a three sentence summary on each of the ten events that happen i the book small steps thank you!
I take it you either don't like reading or you just can't remember the book. Either way I'm glad to help. It's been a while scince I read the book (I read it when I was 13 and now I'm 15), but I'm pretty sure I remember most of it. Here's a few main events (in chronological order), you just have to do the three sentence summary:
1. X-Ray meets with Armpit, at his ditch digging job, and starts pursuading him on ticket scalping.
2. Armpit takes Ginny to the Kaira DeLeon concert, using two tickets that X-Ray and him were scalping.
3. Ginny has an attack at the concert and the police suspect Armpit of having her on drugs, until the Mayor steps in and clears the whole thing up with police, having met Armpit previously at his job and knowing that he was a respectable person of character.
4. Ginny's attack result in them being allowed to go backstage for the concert.
5. While backstage Armpit meets Kaira.
6. X-Ray is accused of being a ticket scalper, and Armpit is being questioned by a detective. Meanwhile two other ticket scalpers are being interoggated as well, and blame Armpit. They learn from X-Ray about a love letter Kaira wrote to Armpit, and demand that he give it to them or they would hurt X-Ray.
7. Armpit meets with Kaira again at one of her concerts in San Franscisco, after they start becoming boyfriend/girlfriend.
8. While on a date in San Fransico Keria and Armpit get in a fight, where Kaira purposly spills coffee all over Armpit, wearing his new souviner sweater. The fight was caused by Armpit trying to get Kaira to write another letter (one not as embarrasing) and was unable to get Kaira to understand the situation.
9. El Genius, Kaira's stepfather/manager tries to frame Armpit in killing Keira. When he was actually doing the deed, Armpit came into Kaira's hotel room to apologize for their fight. He realized something was wrong and came in to see what was wrong.
10. There is a big fight between Armpit and El Genius, and Kaira's bodyguard get involved too. In the end Armpit wasn't majorly hurt, Kaira was suspected to never be able to sing again (after being hit in the throut with a baseball bat), the bodyguard was stabbed by El Genius (but not killed), and El Genius was immediatly arrested. The detective that was interoggating Armpit and X-Ray figured it all out and let them both off the hook.
