Models Pontiac Large
Is a car with a larger engine then it came with stock illegal on the road in Idaho?
I bought a car with a 455 Pontiac engine. The car is an 1981 Firebird and never came with that big of engine stock. Other mods were made for it so the car could handle the engine. It was a race car, but I want to change it street car. I want to race on the side at some of the local races. I have been reading up on the laws and with exhaust law saying that I can only have a stock exhaust and it has to be recommended noise for that model. With a different engine I don't think it will be the recommend noise level for that car. It is an awesome car and I do not want to tune it down too much. Anyone know if I should be fine or where I can read up on that law?

Pontiac Montana vs Mazda 5?
I am thinking about Buying a larger car. A toddler takes up a lot of room in a ford focus. I have the options of a Mazda 5 and a Pontiac Montana both 2006 models. The pontiac has more bells and whistles, both are about the same price. I drive a good distance to work so I need decent gas mileage. Just wondering, which would you recommend?
I had a Pontiac Montana. It was quite comfortable and very dependable. No problems with it at all. Don't believe the hype about Japanese cars being better than American-made cars.
